A new article on Bondagerotica: Arrow-Harmony Bondage vs. Youtube Bondage looks at images from an old Arrow-Harmony video catalog (arrow-Harmony videos are currently available from Close-Up Concepts here) and images seen on Youtube videos, and finds that they are not so different from one another. What does this imply about the nature of porn? Check out the article and see!

YT's standards have always been weird, though I find that they're better (less ban-happy) about bondage stuff than they used to be. A few years ago they'd ban any video from a DID-type production, no matter how tame; while much more sexualized stuff would last on their site for years.

I agree youtube's standards are weird. But they are really consistent about nudity. I've never seen any actual nudity on Youtube, though granted, I have never really looked for it there. I do sometimes look under keywords that are likely produce nudity if there's any there: bondage, and nude and naked and belly dancer and exotic dancer, and I've never seen any.

I am relatively new to Youtube, si may have missed their former bondage-censorious days. I've always been able to find DiD stuff on Youtube, though I think they are hard on any DiD stuff that involves rape.

Yeah, none of the big video sites are very tolerant of nudity. I've never seen full nudes on YT, and even topless videos rarely last a full day before being banned.
It's funny how sites can change their standards: Back in the years when YT was strict against bondage, Dailymotion was a lot more open; now DM has gotten more censorious against bondage, and YT's gotten more liberal about it.

Well, people have always posted them, but in the past YT's censors would usually ban them quickly. YT also has a lot more amateur-made clips now, a lot of which are surprisingly good (for my tastes).
