It'd be hilarious if the Koreans took this idiot's cash and then picked up some mutts from the pound and gave them to her.
I don't think she's so much an idiot as mentaly ill. Maybe not with a specific disease, but she doesn't seem to have all her oars in the water, if yo know what I mena.
