Several of the sites claim the model here is Sienna West. A quick Google search for "Sienna West nude" pulled up many pictures of a pornstar named Sienna West, who other than having large breasts and being generally attractive, does not look anything like this model. So I have no idea of the origin of this image, though I am sure that the model is not Sienna West. If you know, put up a comment.
