The Prop Master Adventures: Books 1-4 of the Prop Master Stories Collected In One Volume

Click here to go to the Amazon USA site for this book, click on the illustration to go to the International Bookstore site with links to ALL of Pat Powers books.
The pitch:

“The Prop Master Adventures” is a collection of all four previously published  stories about Jack Davis, the Prop Master, and his friends. Those stories are: “The Prop Master,” “Cindy's Student,” “Cindy Stripped Bare,” and the novel-length story, “The Great Chase.” All four stories form a single meta-story that concludes with “The Great Chase,” totaling 100,000 words.

It features:

Lust-crazed Hollywood starlets begging Jack to show them how to make movie damsel in distress scenes into steamy bondage scenes!

Ponygirls on trampolines, chasing through suburban backyards!

Rubbery Tonguesaws of Doom heading toward helpless damsels!

Exploding sex machines!

Hairs' breadth escapes, stunts galore!

Crazed MMA fighting stunt girls!

Glider-borne mad bombers!

Small town power tripping gone mad!

A string of murders in a rural small town!

And much, much more.

It was all a bit much for a persnickety control freak and movie prop master who basically just wanted to tie up beautiful Hollywood movie stars in a safe and responsible manner for filming and make love to his sexy stunt woman girlfriend Cindy (a loving slave girl to Jack who loved to be personally bondage wrangled by him).

But it was what Jack got when he signed on as bondage wrangler for the DID Productions movie studio. With help from Cindy and the relentless chess-playing detective Raul Escalder, he'll gain control of the situation if he has to use every knot he knows! And Jack knows ALL the knots … just ask Cindy, and half the B-movie starlets in Hollywood.

That Pony Girl Look

"I wonder how I'll persuade them to let me gag them..."

Image sources: Left: Carla Zampatti in the center flanked by two models wearing fashion-type pony tail headgear in a photo from the Daily Mail. On the right we have the gorgeous Rosaleen Young in full pony girl regalia. Can't trace the source for this particular photo of Rosaleen but there is a site called Rosaleenyoung.com that features many galleries of Rosaleen getting spanked.

The women on the right is of course wearing full ponygirl headgear, complete with a bitgag. The women on the left my flying monkeys found on a in an Daily Mail article on what Carla Zampatti (whoever she is, fashion designer I assume) is doing for Fashion Week in Australia. Zampatti, it seems, is calling for structured ponytail with bondage tape as the look for Fashion Week.

The bondage tape, the article explains, is used because it doesn't stick to the skin, that, after all, is why bondage people use it. (It's actually medical tape, OK, it was designed for serious medical uses before bondage fans picked up on it and turned it into fun tape. But bondage tape sounds a lot sexier than medical tape.)

But the interesting thing I found was that while the article's author, Alison Larsen, was hip to the bondage tape, she missed the really obvious direction the fashion style was headed in, which was pony girl headgear. The instant I saw that image, I thought "ponygirl!" It's SO OBVIOUS if you've ever seen a pony girl done up in one of those hood and ponytail getups they wear. But the author missed it, or perhaps just didn't care to point it out.

Fashion Four-paws!

Famed designer Galliano just knows that pony girls will be the next big thing in fashion, despite all the neigh-sayers. Image source: If style could kill.com.

The Icanhazcheeseburger family of sites once again provides improbable fodder for politicallysexy, with its image of a fashion model dressed in what is clearly a pony girl inspired sort of ensemble (French for "outfit"). There is definitely something about that outfit that says "ride me like the sex beast that I am."

It's a shame what they did to the model's face in the makeup department, but as I noted in my Celebrity Bondage piece on Christina Aguilera, something about bondage-related imagery makes makeup artists break out the clown makeup -- no exception here. In any event, this will be another fine addition to the storied history of pony girls, which I have written about so briefly and inaccurately, but majorly funly.

The Political Gets Sexual, And Vice Versa

Believe it or not, this is a statue of a sex slave.

The flying monkeys have been very confused this week. They've brought back an awful lot of political news, but I just didn't have the heart to shoot them because it was clearly labelled bondage news.

First off is the story associated with the image above: South Koreans have set up a statue of a Korean comfort woman outside the Japanese embassy. Seems that the Japanese army kidnapped tens of thousands of Korean women to use as "comfort women," i.e., sex slaves, for the troops. Perhaps you think the Koreans are kind of harping on something that happened 60 years ago, but you'd be wrong. Seems the Japanese have been very, very slow to admit their culpability with regard to the wholesale murdering, torturing and raping they did during World War II, even though everybody else in the world knows what they did.

So rather than harping on an old wound the Koreans are giving the Japanese a well-deserved poke in the eye for refusing to acknowledge their guilt. If the Japanese had been able to man up and admit their culpability like the Germans did after World War II, this would be harping. But as things stand now, it's not.

Update: The Japanese still refuse to admit their culpabity for the mass kidnapping and sex slavery of (mostly) Korean women, and as a result cities all over the world are putting up duplicates of the Korean "comfort woman" statue to make the eye-poking even more powerful. There's even a city in Georgia, USA that has one. And until the Japanese admit their guilt and apologize, they deserve every bit of the contempt they are being showered with.

A Brief Visual History of Pony Girls

Victorian, seventies, and current pony girls work that thing! Sources, left to right: vintage photo, vidcap from the 1970s film "Check to the Queen" and Julie K. Smith gets pony-ish.

Bondagerotica has a new article today, A Brief Visual History of Pony Girls. Although brief and yet visual, this history of pony girls covers an as yet unhistoricized subject with the same sort of depth and discernment that Gibbons displayed in his coverage of The Fall of The Roman Empire, if he'd been going mostly by salacious images on the subject.

This brilliant piece of exposition explains not only pony girls, but why the bustle was once a popular fashion statement, why women in old photos often had That Expression on their faces, and where the likely future of pony girls will go. Yes, we have gone BEYOND Gibbons, who never did bother PREDICTING what the Roman Empire would do next! A must read for all Internet denizens!
