Slavegirls From Beyond Infinity Wallpaper

"What, no foosball game?"

One of the images from my vidcaps of Slavegirls From Beyond Infinity just screamed to be made into a wallpaper. So I followed through with it. Just click on the oversized thumbnail pic to see the wallpaper, then do a "Save Image As" and go through whatever arcane process your operating system requires to make it your desktop background image -- my system requires fresh goat's blood and dancing widdershins in the moonlight. Well, that's Vista for you!

Enjoy!

Image is from the movie "Slavegirls From Beyond Infinity" of course.

Vista? Good Lord man, do yourself and the rest of the world a favor and get rid of that over-priced, bloated, slower, and generally extremely irritating piece of Microsoft crapware!

At the very least switch to XP, and while you're doing that, go ahead and partition your HD and install Linux Ubuntu. The latest version is 8.10 and it's very windows-like friendly, meaning that you don't need to know any linux command line knowledge to make it run just fine, although the more you know the better you can tinker and fine tune it. Learn the utter joy of a free OS, free or very inexpensive software that will do virtually anything Windows software will do, and best of all you don't have to worry about viruses at all. Install a simple firewall (Also free) and you're as bulletproof as a system can get.

Hmmm, could I dump Vista and install XP without having to reinstall all the software I already have on this beast?

Well... no. It'll mean reinstalling all your software and settings, but in the long run you'll be better for it and hell, if you've used Windows for any length of time, that's a process you've likely gone through several times before anyway.

If you love Vista (Pardon me while I retch) AT LEAST install some version of Linux as a dual boot OS. I can almost guarantee within a few months you'll be wondering why you ever sent Microsoft a freakin' penny.
